Bistrot L'ETAGE of the OASIS : Recently awarded with a “BIB Gourmand” by the Michelin Guide !!

When Stéphane Raimbault decided to open his bistrot « L’Etage », he did indeed aspire to diversify his activity and meet with the needs of our clientele in a context of economic turmoil.  

L’Etage is open Tuesday through Saturday and offers a wide array of starters, main courses and desserts, « chalkboard specials » inspired from the daily market.  One can take a pick from these local recipes for a three-course menu priced at 29 euros (valid for lunch and dinner, Tuesday through Friday).

After the gastronomic restaurant, the Boutique, the Oasis cooking school and the catering service, the bistrot « L’Etage » is the new Cannes bay rendez-vous for casual dining.

A place : L'Étage

Located on the first floor of the gastronomic restaurant, is the Oasis’ latest gourmet addition : « L’Etage ».  What used to be a meeting room has been elegantly transformed into a typical bistrot, with wooden carpentry, brass pots and pans, comfortable red-velvet chairs…  the ideal rendez-vous for an authentic « terroir » cuisine, at affordable rates.
