COOKING CLASS WITH CHEF STÉPHANE RAIMBAULT

The course includes : Welcome coffee break – Demonstration of a second recipe by the Chef – Tasting of the recipe with wines selected by Head Sommelier Pascal Paulze.

Time : 2 hours – Rate : 49€ per person.

Our Pastry Chef, François Raimbault, will initiate you to his little secrets…  then, you will enjoy tea time and taste the desserts of your own making !

Time : 1 hour and a half – Rate : 49€ per person.

Wine tasting

WINE TASTING CLASSES

Initiation

This session will teach you the basics of apprehending wines : sensorial, visual, taste analyis.  From whites to reds and rosés, Head Sommelier Pascal Paulze will guide you along the perfect association of foods and wines.

Time : 1 hour – Rate : 40 € per person

Discovery of a region

The session begins with a reminder of basic tasting techniques, followed with a description of terroir, geographical analysis and tasting of selected wines from a chosen region.
Ex : Provence, Languedoc-Roussillon, Rhône Valley, Burgundy, Loire Valley…

Time : 2 hours – Rate : 65€ per person

For a minimum of 6 students.

For any other regions or particular request, please do not hesitate to request your taylor-made class.

Find 6 friends for your class and Stéphane Raimbault will let you into his Chef secrets along the lines of a particular technique, produce or recipe you would like to learn more about. This session will be followed by the tasting of your own creations…  accompanied with Head Sommelier Pascal Paulze’s wine selection.

Time : 2 hours – Rate : 85€ per person
(An extra charge may apply depending on the chosen produce)

Find 6 friends for your class and François Raimbault will let you into his Chef secrets along the lines of a particular technique, produce or recipe you would like to learn more about. This session will be followed by tea time and the tasting of your own creations…

On request and for a minimum of 6 participants, Pascal Paulze is at your entire disposal for your own special class.
