With the new year, L'Oasis has just stepped out of its annual hibernation, more determined than ever. « True wealth lies in people», wrote Jean Bodin. Inspirational. For Stéphane Raimbault, 2018 will be a celebration of talents. The loyal teams of L'Oasis will fall under the leadership of not one, but two M.O.F.s (a much sought-after French recognition, which honors top professionals in their fields). Pascal Paulze, our loyal Head Sommelier, M.O.F. 2015, will continue to conduct the floor through exceptional service and wines, of course ! In the kitchen, Alain Montigny, M.O.F. 2004 (a particularly star-studded edition) has recently joined the three Raimbault musketeers. Taught by Fréchon and Constant, he was rewarded with a first Michelin star at Carmontelle in 2008. His strong and asserted background will no doubt lift our gastronomic aspirations to a new level.
