In 1992, but a year after reopening the Oasis, Stéphane and François Raimbault decided to open a boutique, for the pleasure of your eyes and tastebuds !
Adjoining the restaurant, the little shop down Jean-Honoré Carle street was decorated in pastel tones of green and pink, the perfect decor to highlight the work of François Raimbault and his team.
Run by the Pastry Chef’s wife, Valérie, the Boutique is the perfect hideaway for all cravings : tarts, cakes, pastries, macaroons, croissants and specialty breads… all renewed with each turn of the season.
You can also enjoy a variety of canapés made especially for your parties at home.
Our « fine foods » section features everything you need from foie gras verrines, organic soups, seasoned pure sea salts and even our very own Oasis Champagne 2002…
On the sweet front, try our home-made jams, from peach-apricot-raspberry to orange-lemon-grapefruit or our specialty teas, coffees and cocoas, liqueur fruit, nougat, chocolates and candy.

The Oasis’ gourmet annex, where you can find a large variety of breads, chocolates, cakes, tarts, macaroons and canapés. Among our house favourites : pine nut tart, orange blossom crème brûlée, mimosa tart (sesame dough, apricot jam and lemon crumble).
Try the Oasis (vanilla biscuit, jam and chocolate-raspberry parfait) ; the Eden (white chocolate mousse, hazelnuts and jasmin crème brûlée, soft cookie) or the Napoulois (hazelnut and pine nut biscuit, nougat mousse, orange marmelade and candied lemon). |

Every morning, the streets around the Boutique are filled with the smell of fresh bread straight from the oven. François Raimbault, our Pastry Chef, does indeed create a large variety of breads and puff pastries. All are made from scratch, with particular attention to the quality of flours, butter, cereal. |

The Oasis Boutique offers a large selection of chocolaty gifts : Valérie Raimbault, who runs the little shop, will make sure and help you pick out the best assortment of fine chocolates for him and her !

The Boutique, the Oasis’ pastry shop also carries exactly what you need to decorate your dinner table : glasses, water jugs… but also corks and anti-stain devices « Elégance » signed by Genthon.
The anti-stain devices easily fit any wine bottle and are simple to use. After adapting it, no drop of wine will ever spoil your precious table linnens !
Our products are available in various shapes and sizes : with internal or external fixation, in stainless steel, plated silver or gold, iron or polypropylen. |
